I wanted to take the time to thank you again for this buying experience.  We started at the Honda dealership and worked our way down and almost didn't go into Nissan because we were tired and nothing really jumped out at us from at the other 6 or so we went into.  We decided to drive through and saw those Ford Edge's which I was looking at the time and I got out to check the price.  I saw you coming and it was too late to get back in the car and I am glad I didn't!!!

We dealt with several sales people along the way down to your dealership but you were the only sales professional we ran into.  In fact Carl at Ford had a Fusion and an Explorer I was interested in and I told him to call me Saturday and he never ever called back.  Anyway, as a sales person myself you were the ONLY person to take charge of the introduction, ask questions and continue to probe for what we were looking for.  What blew Sara and I away was your lot knowledge and product knowledge on the test drive.  You kept the conversations going and there were no awkward moments.  We loved that vehicle right after we took it for a drive but we were not expecting to be buying that night as we were only looking for options as I was possibly changing jobs.  We did go home with a positive experience from you and would have walked away that night with the car, if we knew what was happening in my career change.

To add to that night, talking to me during your vacation was greatly appreciated.  You did not have to do that but we felt the urgency to buy as soon as we knew what I was doing because that truck was what we wanted and we didn't want to lose it.  So thanks again for setting us up with Jazz, while you were away on vacation that was a sign of your dedication to what you do and great customer service!!!!

I will make sure I recommend you to my friends if they are buying a car.  From what I see you work for a good dealership but we didn't buy from them, we bought from you! Again I really appreciate you hard work and effort..
